Hi guys, I'm an 18 year old sprinter (girl) I used to train a lot like everyday for my 100 & 200 meters. However from December 2013 my exams started and I completely left all sports. Since then I've gained a lot of weight, lost SPEED and STAMINA. I really want to Join the athletic team (and be as good as I was before actually better) in Uni which I will start this october. The only problem is I don't know where to start. Should I Focus on sprint training or should I focus on 5K. And my main question. WILL I EVER BE GOOD BEFORE? WILL I BE ABLE TO BECOME THE SPRINTER I WAS BEFORE?
