I'm not a huge fan of the PIAA as it is currently constituted, but this will open up a huge can of worms in terms of rules/interpretations. Based on what the original ruling was, I can't imagine what they learned that overturned it. Sorry, Rojo, but one of the things about high school sports is amatuerism and him being paid for his running prowess is not amatuer.
