Does anyone know if the Rock and Roll San Diego Half Marathon is an eligible course to qualify for the trials?

I made a thread asking the same question a little while ago and it didn't get much response. I believe the answer is no though, as it has too much downhill.
Not like it matters for my hobby joggin a$$ but would be interested in knowing if this is the case for the La Jolla half this weekend. It's got a couple of hills.
I wonder if there is a USATF representative we can ask. Unfortunately the USATF website doesn't list any contacts. Would Jim Estes be the guy?
I got an email back from RnR a couple of weeks ago on this and they confirmed the half is NOT eligible for OT qualifying.
Thanks for the info. I was thinking it wasn't, but wanted to verify.
Real men qualify for the USOT with a full Mary.
Agreed. Unfortunately one can only do so many in a year and weather doesn't always cooperate...
I looked at the OT trials qualifier list and it looks like the SD qualifiers under 65 mins are listed. It must be a mistake?
not sure if this is related to the original poster's question, but the course is NOT record-eligible because of the net-downhill (meb was unable to set a masters record for the 1/2 last month on this course)...
Looks like they are listed on the eligible list
It must be a mistake by USATF again. Wth

OT standard:
" The course must be USATF/IAAF/AIMS certified with an active course certification and have an elevation loss no greater than 3.25 meters/km"
RnR has a net loss of 4.1m/km, according to the USATF certification form.
