Who wins.. or can Kipchoge upstage them both? Or maybe Biwott or either Mutai or someone else.? Great race cant wait for this.

Whoever has doped the right amount.
I think Kimetto's going to win. He is the daniel komen of marathoning. Unstoppable when he is in top shape because his talent is that much higher, just like komen's was. Not to mention they have extremely similar calves.
If this turns into a well-paced time trial in ideal conditions then we have to look for Kimetto or Kipsang given their recent results. If they have to grind it out at all, then G. Mutai or Kipchoge could easily come through. I know G. Mutai's golden era was a few years ago, but I don't think people realize how dominant he was simply because he regularly did it on courses like Boston and New York. People ignore his New York times without realizing how ridiculous good they are compared to anyone who has run New York. People forget that at the end of the wind-aided Boston record both Mutai and Mosop said they never tried to push the pace for a fast time.
If Kimetto is in top shape and the conditions are good, then yes he will win it hands down. This is for the simple reason that he seems to have more patience than Kipsang. And with that, my prediction will be Kimetto then Kipchoge(very talented and also has lots of patience). As for G. Mutai, I think he tends to over train whenever he has to face Kipsang. The last three times he has run against Kipsang, he has performed disastrously. In London 2013, he DNFd while Kipsang finished 5th, London 2014 Mutai finished finished 6th, barely making it to the line while Kipsang dominated the race for the win. In New York 2014, Mutai finishes 6th again while Kipsang wins. If Kipsang had not been scheduled to race those three races(and did not race them), Mutai would have won at least two of them in a dominant fashion and come very close on the third race. 2015 London, Mutai knows Kipsang is racing it and I don't see a different result than those previous encounters between the two giants. Though the three: Kimetto, Kipsang and Mutai and are training mates and managed by the same group, Kipsang is more of an outsider in that he trains elsewhere and only comes to train in Mutai's group occasionally.
Overall, London this year is really a big joke especially on the men's side. Why in the world would the organizers invite all the top Kenyans only with no Ethiopians who can offer a significant challenge for the win? Desisa, Feyisa, Tsegay Kebede, Adane Tsegay and Getu Feleke should have all been in this race. I know it could be a conspiracy to make sure Kenyans do not win all the races(especially WMM), otherwise why would they have Kipsang, Kimetto, Emanuel Mutai, G. Mutai and Kipchoge in the same race and yet it is not the Olympics.
I predict one of them will DNF.
Happens every single time when you have the best facing each other.
