Today I ran about 10 miles with a tempo run. I ate about average for what I normally eat (maybe a little bit worse since there was free food) and that amount of running is pretty typical too.
Breakfast: Whole wheat (slightly sweetened) cereal with 1% milk, banana
Lunch: Spinach enchilada, rice and beans, pork taco (free)
Snack: Pear
Snack: 1/2 slice cake (also free)
Snack: Pumpkin seed bread with a little butter and a banana
Dinner: Whole wheat pasta with a little butter and pine nuts, smoked salmon, spinach, poppy seed salad dressing, sweet mini peppers
Snack: Pumpkin seed bread with a glass of milk
I've been gaining weight so I don't know if I just need to cut down on the indulgences a little. But I'm also kind of poor right now so I can't say no to free food
