My meets are usually in the afternoon, so I eat two meals before them. First is two eggs and two slices of toast, last meal is usually Greek yogurt with berries and a PBJ sandwich. I usually eat a Cliff bar a couple hours before the race (800, 1600, or 3200), but it's a little too filling and I want to find something else that would still be energizing but not leave me feeling heavy.
