I am interested in some feedback.
For some background, I was an alright runner in HS, broke 4:30 and 9:40 2mi.
Went to a JC, ran decently but only got in a XC season. Ran 15:30 in practice with little to no effort.
I had numerous health problems that destroyed my running, and am now better and looking to come back and run something decent again. With around a year of training time, could I get to 2:25-2:30 in the marathon? I can handle 80-100mi weeks with no issue. Mostly curious if my roof is not high enough, just any input is welcome... even the typical asinine trolls.
