I was wondering about the same thing during the race considering that he has a full time job. Being a politician, iti s possible that he has enough time to train.
Being a politician, he has even more opportunity to engage in graft and bribery, graft, corruption, cover-ups, and making sure the glorious tradition of East African running is assured with chemical assistance.
