I'm a sophomore college runner and my season just ended. I was a good runner in high school and was obsessively passionate about the sport. Then I got to college and developed a chronic hip injury over the course of my freshman year that didn't allow me to compete all year, and required me to get surgery over the summer. I spent sophomore fall building a base, and actually won my first indoor race. Then I developed a knee injury that kept me out until the past few weeks, where I ran two sh*tty races and didn't qualify for conference champs. Now my season is over and I'm extremely bitter, salty, and just sick of running altogether. I have another few weeks of school to d*ck around and chill and take a break from it, but once I go home for the summer I really want to try and re-kindle the flame and get my head and body back to where it used to be. Any advice?
