I've been running on and off due to shin splints and tendonitis. Yesterday I ran for 30 minutes, stretches, iced, and rolled out my legs. This morning I woke up and as I started walking, I could feel a pulling sensation in the outside of my calf. When I point my toes, I also feel this pull. It feels like a tendon but I'm not quite sure. Has anyone had a problem with this, and if so, is it safe to run with it?
