My senior year of high school I ran 2:12 for an 800, 4:54 for 1600, 10:42 for 3200, and had 5k times in the 17:00s, and ran a half marathon in 1:20. I was running about 60 miles a week. I ran one race in college before getting injured. I was injured for 18 months and am just starting to get back into running. I wasn't able to do much cross-training during that time so my cardio really suffered although I kept up with weight lifting. How long do you think it will take for me to get back to where I was and start to improve again? (I am a 20 yr. old female. I am currently doing about 20 miles a week at 8:00-8:40 pace with my longest run being 5 miles so far.)
