Just ran my first outdoor season 800m yesterday with a time of 1:58. My best time indoor season this year was also a 1:58, and overall my pr is a 1:56 from last year. My 800m splits have been cery lopsided. Yesterday I had no one to run with, second place was a 2:09, and I went out in a 54 and came back in a 1:04. What splits should I use next time to get down closer to a 1:56?
