Hi, i had a shin injury a while ago which led to me taking off a few weeks, but came back to running too quickly and because of that gained a minor knee injury.
Now coming back 2 weeks from the knee injury, how many days should I run compared to my usual 6, and how long should it take to build back to my normal schedule? (I usually do 2 track sessions, a hill speint day and a long run with the rest of my runs easy. No double days). I just dont want yet another injury, thanks
