Can anyone tell me what the loop out at the Boulder Reservoir is like?
Is it a nice run, nice scenery?
Also Mags, worth the trip out to do it?
Any other iconic runs in America to run?
discuss.

The reservoir loop isn't a specific run, but starts there and includes the eagle, sage, and left hand trails and the dirt roads north of Boulder. It's rolling and dirt with views of the mountains to the west. In my opinion, it'd the best place to run in Boulder.
Magnolia is a rolling dirt road about 7.5 miles long at 8000+ feet altitude. It's more uphill going west. If you're a running geek then it's worth it, but otherwise it's just a dirt road where cars go too fast and don't care there are runners.
