Hey guys, I have an unusual way of training and I would like some thoughts on it. I have a pretty low body fat percentage (8.7) for a female, but I still have a layer on my abs I would like to loose. This is my routine; three days a week I conduct advanced Army ROTC PT which we conduct strength and conditioning body-weight exercises and some sprints. Then, I run 20 miles (usually split into 2 runs). The other four days a week I run about 23-26 miles a day. I also lift arms but realistically only 1 day a week. I eat probably between 1,500-2,000 calories in a day but absolutely no more than that, Iv'e kept this up for about a month and a half, previous to that my training was the same except I only ran 10-13 miles a day. Why cant I shed these last 5 lbs? Thanks!
