Need some help from some more experienced people here:
Currently training for a half in May & wanting to go sub-1:20 and wondering:
a) Should I even wear flats?
I've been training in Gel-Cumulus 16's with no issues, but they do feel heavy on longer runs. I know I'm not trying to go blazing fast, and my current pr is 1:24 in Gel-Cumulus. Not sure how much flats will help because of that.
b) Which flats do you recommend? HyperSpeed? DS Racer? Or something completely different?
