At the beginning of this thread. I realize I suck, and I don't care. I just want to get better, and the best I can. So bug off.
I am a high school freshman, who only started to run in 8th grade track. 5:36.
I did nothing over the summer.
Did CX, 20:10 (Bad, I know)
Sort of ran on and off during the winter, got injured, didn't run for 1.5 months end of December- Beggining of February.
Entered track. Hit a 5:30, evenly paced. What I was aiming for.
Burned out in the 2, 12:19. Don't even know what happened.
Haven't run the 800 yet.
Meet on Wednesday.
Given this information, what do you think I can run next meet (Last meet 2 weeks ago), and at the end of the season?
Will post on how I did later.
