I'm interested to know what you all think someone who does basically a 14 mile run every day (98 miles per week) at 6 minute pace can run for 1 mile, 2 mile, 5k, 10k, marathon, etc..
Assume the person is within their aerobic range and is comfortably completing their daily 14 miles each day.
Please state any other assumptions you make in arriving at your estimates. For instance, that the person has 50 second 400m leg speed or that they are peaking for the season and have a couple months of track work on top of the base I'm suggesting.
