Hey, im a freshmen in highschool 6'1 with no muscle just manly shoulders and i really want to improve like crazy
Were just starting the season and i want to know what should i eat and how to improve even more
My prs;
200m 23.6
400m 53.7
800m 2:05
Ive ran the 200 couple times
The 400 alot in 4x4
And ive race in the 800 twice
I did xc and my pr was 16:36
What should i eat and how should i improve
I feel like the next time i do a 800 i will break 2:00 because ive done workouts and i can hold a 55 pace for 500m and then with 1 min rest pull a 44 300
Advice on how to run race as well thanks!
