Haven't ran in 6 weeks, prior to that was averaging 80+ per week. I'm guessing I shouldn't just jump into 80 mile weeks right away but, considering I wasn't off due to injury, how fast can I build my volume back?
I was thinking something like 10 miles the first week (all slow/easy) and adding 20% or so per week for the next 6 weeks. Recipe for an injury or no big deal if I keep it easy?
