Anyway, Bentonlewis, please tell me why you pick up running, run a slow 5k to prove your not talented enough to eventually run in the trials and then post every damn article on your sh*tty blog here?? Just some clarification before you go knee-deep...
It certainly make sense for a new runner and young runner to train by effort. But just be careful to not go too intense too often.
