You would have done better had you not claimed mastery of the English language. No one hear has passed the prerequisites to have been permitted to enroll in an English classe.
Admitting your trolling means it's not trolling. Besides, we know you aren't a real letsrun poster. If you were you wouldn't have to ask this, because you'd be smart enough to draw out the common practices through analysis. This is a community of 150+ iq individuals who make their $200k/yr while fathering 3-4 children. And because none of us ever get laid, we have plenty of time to run 14:30 5ks on the weekends, not that we have to train for them, we're just talented enough to get by on 100 mile weeks.
Most people here make > $300K/yr, are married to a supermodel and boast a 9" johnson.
