Zane Robertson, the 4h fastest non-African half marathon runner in history, is doing something pretty special.
The New Zealand half marathon national record holder has decided to auction off this signed t-shirt to raise funds for a disabled boy in Iten, Kenya, Daniel Lilande Sagida, through the Gathimba Edwards Foundation.
Sadly Daniel was paralysed from the neck down as a result of meningitis at the age of 2 months old. Daniel is the son of one of Zane's good friends in Kenya, David Sagida.
Zane hopes the signed t-shirt from the Marugame Half Marathon where he ran 59.47 will raise enough money to fund Daniel's medical fees, food and clothing for as many months as possible. £35 per month covers his food, clothing, medical and shelter costs.
