Depends on what you mean by 'What schools would take a 9:25 junior.'
If you're looking for admissions help, not many DI programs 'would take' a 9:25 junior. Fewer would offer a material scholarship.
If you're looking to just walk on, most would take a 9:20 senior.
So, if you are truly a 'good student' and could get it without admissions help, I'd look at: UVA, Michigan, UNC, Georgetown, Notre Dame, UCLA, Berkeley and the Ivys.
Out of all of them, I'm most impressed by G'town and Dartmouth with respect to development.
It's a slight step down, but VA Tech's distance program is excellent. If you're a VA resident and want to study engineering, I'd put that on my list.
Villanova is a good school with an excellent distance program.
At 9:10 - 9:15, you might be able to walk on at Stanford or Wisco, but maybe not.
Duke is notably absent from the above. Excellent school. Distance running program seems to be underperforming big time.
And, finally, I'd look at the excellent DIII programs. At 9:10, you'd be a stud and could get admissions help to some excellent schools like WUSTL, Williams, Haverford, etc.
Good luck!
