Hey guys!!! I have found 6 different mile runs this summer (4 track, 2 road). I'm incredibly excited about the prospect to run a mile race again. Here is some of my recent training. What do you think I could run? Also how would you recommend I train for it.
Mon 194.4 lbs ran 23:20 2.76 miles 8:27 pace (easy-moderate)
Tue 194.2 lbs ran 23:48 2.96 miles 8:02 pace (easy moderate)
Wed 194.0 lbs ran 27:11 3.31 miles 8:12 pace (easy moderate)
Thu 193.4 lbs ran 26:10 3.21 miles 8:09 pace (easy moderate)
Fri 194.2 lbs ran 20:29 1.9 miles 10:46 pace (recovery)
Sat 193.4 lbs ran 1.31 mile WU Tempo 1600m in 6:39 (splits were 1:40, 1:40, 1:41, 1:37) 1.31 mile CD (pretty relaxed)
Sun 193.4 lbs ran 43:25 5.1 miles 8:30 pace (out and back, return trip was 2:40 faster than out)
Two weeks ago: 197.4 lbs ran 17.62 miles
Last week totals: 194.6 lbs ran 20.37 miles
This weeks totals: 193.4 lbs ran 22.86 miles
