I was ramping up for Boston the last few weeks and about 2 weeks ago my soleus started to hurt after a hard run. I attempted to run ago but it started to really bother me. I took a few days rest and attempted another run but it still bother me. I now took off 2 weeks off running and attempted a run. My hip hurts, upper hamstring feels tight, and I had intense pain in my calf area during and post run ( I only ran for 1 minute!). Any ideas what is going on?
