Hey guys,
So I ran track all throughout high school, but I was never amazing. I went to a DI school, so I wasn't fast enough to run. I switched to community college for unrelated reasons (grades), and I am going to be transferring to another school in the fall. I haven't run competitively in 2 years, but I have an opportunity to try out for a DIII school, and I am really going to give it everything that I have this summer to get ready. The problem is, I don't really know what I am going to be going for, so I would like to improve my times in everything from the 400m to the 1600m. Maybe in a month or two I will decide what distance I really want to focus on. I have been doing distance runs over a couple times per week because I am in school, and the weather was horrible this winter so I would have to go to the gym to run. Now that the weather is nicer, I should be able to run every day. I'm wondering if anybody out there would be able to help me along the way. I would greatly appreciate it!
