I feel that the area of my legs that are taking most of the training beating are my feet/ankles. After a hard workout, or sometimes after long periods of peak mileage I feel that 80% of the soreness is concentrated on the feet.
After longer races, like half marathons, if it's a very hard effort I feel a good damage on other parts of the legs as well (quads, calves).
Is it the same for you as well or is not normal? I feel like is very noticeably the weakest part of my bio mechanic chain.
I do 60mpw (all on concrete/asphalt) on lightweight trainers (Brooks Launch)
(bigger trainers on the way to see if that would help)
thanks!
