Let's see if LetsRun can figure this out before the doctors do. My training was going quite well…but I suddenly started feeling tired all the time, and first had mild dizzy spells after some easy runs. Now I'm feeling mild dizziness when I'm just sitting sometimes. I'm mostly not running because of these symptoms, but when I do run, I'm suddenly running 1-2 minutes slower per mile at the same effort compared to a couple weeks ago.
I'm supposed to run Boston…and run 21 miles this weekend. I'm trying to figure out if the whole thing is a bad idea. And if it is a bad idea, I want to know how bad.
I had blood work done yesterday. Do these numbers tell any of you medically inclined people anything? I also had all aspects of iron checked and I am fine (I take liquid iron).
