Hi guys-
So I started running just over 4 months ago. I hobby jogged a little when I was younger but nothing too extreme, some during college too. But then stopped all together for 7 years before I started again. Now I'm 29.
I have never really been out of shape. I'm not fat or chubby or even average-American build. I would say I've stayed athletic even without running.
A week ago I ran a 17:56 at a local 5K road race. What's my potential? This year? 2 years?
