April 2nd is when the new line of 2015 Frees is scheduled to come out.
I run about 40 mpw at max and its mainly trails with a lot of elevation change ~300ft pure gain, but its constantly going up and down. I'm looking to slowly change to lower drop/less cushioned shoes to strengthen my lower legs.
The 2015 4.0 Flyknit ID is out now as well as the 5.0 ID.
You can get the 4.0 Flyknit custom with a 5.0 midsole instead, basically creating a flyknit 5.0.
Would you recommend flyknit for running on basic trails and whatnot or would it deteriorate too quickly? Ive heard great things about flyknit but never tried it.
that would be $160, a little pricey, and Id have to wait 4ish weeks because of the custom made aspect of it.
Or, I can wait till April 2nd, and either get the 4.0 flyknit - $120 - or the regular 5.0 - $100. What would you guys recommend for a choice?
