I asked a related question regarding improving my limited speed, so this is a follow up to that...as a guy who can't break 26 for 200M repeats, what is my top-end potential for 1600/3200M? I'm currently at 4:30/9:45. Given my lack of basic speed, I question how much more improvement I can reasonably expect. I'll do the training to improve if I can, just not sure how best to do it.
