Which races provide a fast enough course and field that might have a few guys get dragged to a trials half marathon standard? Any races between late August and October would be preferred.
Thanks.

I for one would get such a kick out of seeing someone run a qualifier at this thing.
It is near New York City in late August, dead flat, shade the whole way, multiple laps, USATF certified. Only 2.9 miles per lap tho.
If you can get used to the laps and you get a cool morning, it could be a fast course.
Bump. Any help?
MCRRC Parks Half Marathon. Not sure about the course legality (point to point, net downhill course I believe), but get your fast friends together and crush it.
Georgetown - Idaho Springs Half Marathon west of Denver, Colorado in mid August.
RnR San Jose is a no-brainer. look at the 2011 results, tons of 2012 trials qualifiers.
