My goal was to give context to the Times of London story as shown by our overnight headline a lot of people were drawing the wrong conclusion. The Times is a very reputable magazine and I felt Alberto's team had the chance to give their views in the article.
I could have spent more time trying to verify when the study was first published online, but I noted that it could have been before the order was placed so I didn't feel it was central to any argument we were making.

That doesn't mean anything. I think that is another instance where people are jumping to conclusions. USADA can just say, "here is the WADA code, follow that if you have any doubt as to what to do." Just because you don't give approval doesn't mean it's a doping violation.
