I ran 2:24 marathon last spring. Since then I've averaged maybe 15 miles a week for the last 10 months with maybe 10 60-70 mile weeks.
I can run 14 miles at 6:20 pace no problem but I really struggle with strength/endurance (5:30 and faster pace).
Anyone ever been here before?
I want to set a realistic timeline for getting back to my previous form--any thoughts?
