My calf/Achilles is pretty banged up after a speed workout earlier this week, and I had been getting that feeling like it's time to replace my running shoes.
I looked, and have run about 350 miles on these shoes in about two months. I'd usually get 2-3 new pairs per year, but since I started running higher mileage in 2015, I guess that will now be 5-6 pairs per year?
Anyway, for those with experience, opinions are appreciated!
