What's your favorite color?
Ask him what his favorite gin is.
What is going on with Ryan Hall?
Ask him if Jordan Hasay is update.
So, I didn't run in HS and began running in the summer going into college. I trained for a year on my own using Dr. Daniels' book, and was able to walk onto my university's track team this year because of it. Please extend my deepest thanks to Dr. Daniels for helping me to get where I am. My question is,, assuming the runner is young enough that natural loss of fitness with age is not a factor, for how long will a runner who started later in life be able to develop before he reaches his personal maximum level of fitness?
For example, If a man started running at 18 years old, how many years would he be able to develop before he reached the highest level of fitness his body would allow him to reach?
From what I've read in my own research into this question, people who start in middle school or high school tend to reach their peak fitness in their first few years as a post-collegiate. (assuming they continue training) So they progress from, say, 13 y/o (8th grade) until about 24 or 25 years old. However, since I didn't start running until after high school, does that mean I can expect to reach my peak fitness at about 29 or 30 years old?
Thank you so much for this opportunity!
assuming steady, good training, the answer is 7-10 years before you plateau
Ask if he feels like their product is as good as it could be, or if time/money were no object, it could be better. Maybe more distilling or longer aging in the barrel could improve it.
Why do i get such bad hangovers from you?
Ask him how old is his hat.

That's a dumb question. Who cares?
if his hat is less than 8 years old , i will buy his book. If it is older than 8 years, I will buy Brad Hudson's book. Also ask him if the next time he sees Brie Felnagle, to say "hi" from me.
Mr jtupper could you please tell us about Halls training?
Jack, why does Ryan look fat and sluggish?
Ask him if he's still coaching Ryan Hall

I think you meant: Mr. JTUPPER, could you please tell us about the TRAINING PROGRAM of Ryan HALL?

Nope, I did not mean that at all. Maybe you should go to the meeting and ask that.
