I've been battling posterior tibialis issue for about 6-weeks now. I'm finally to the point (after two failed attempts to jog again) that I don't feel any pain when I walk around. I only really feel it when I roll my ankle in. There is still a lot of crackling and it is stiffer in the mornings when I get out of bed.
I've been doing PT, had it worked on, acupuncture, iced, ultr-sound....I'm getting really frustrated. Any help, thoughts, would be appreciated.
