This is my last year in track and my goal is to break 2 minutes. My Pr is 2:06 when I was a junior and I was dropping a lot of time. As a Sophomore I was running a 2:23 a track season later I was able to drop this much time. Now I'm hoping you guys could help and give a good schedule to run. I plan to run twice a day two. My normal runs are on Monday-3/4 miles,Tuesday-5 miles/Lift, Wednesday- On the track doing 400 repeats, Thursday- 4 miles/lift, Friday- 8 to 10 miles. This is a what we usually do every week but I feel that since I took winter off that I will not have enough time to get my body into shape.
