I run the 1-2 mile races put shortly, and I was looking for advice on the type of shoe to get.
I vaguely understand that there is three main types of shoes (Correct me if I am wrong because I dunno if what I'm saying makes sense).
The three types of shoes are
1 trainers
2 xc spikes
3 running flats
What my question is more directed toward is whether I should buy xc spikes for track because I heard that you could use them for that or whether to get running flats.
I am very confused the more I think about it and I'm just looking for some guidance from long time runners.
