Hi, I'm a high school senior and last year I ran a 10 flat 3200 with practically no base. This year I put in about 400 miles pre season including long runs, tempos, easy runs, and recently a few fartleks. I am starting some track work this week, and was wondering how my time will improve compared to last year. Id like to go under 10 in my first meet, and improve from there and hopefully run around 9:30. Opinions?
