I'm a junior in college and haven't run 3200m since freshman year of high school. PR is 10:47. Next week I will try and do a 3200m TT just for fun. What should I shoot for?

Obviously I could have paced a little better and I kind of checked out on the last one and didn't get after it as much as I should have.
Run ~ 50 miles a week.
I've recently done 10 mile progression in 65 min (medium effort) and 8x200 w/ 45 sec rest averaging 31.
