During XC season, I had a stress reaction in my left shin, ran through it, hurt pretty bad by the end of the season. Got it MRI confirmed. I take 3 weeks off. Start training for outdoor, left leg is completely fine.
Few weeks later, right leg starts showing same symptoms. It's gotten worse since, but not as bad as it was during XC. Don't understand why I am so fragile, top mpw was 50. And why would a stress reaction occur in the other leg right after it did in the left? Wtf
