I've had a number of temporary positions the last few years and had no significant problems with any of them. I was hired on at two different places in the last three years for permanent positions and experienced significant workplace harassment at both. I quit both to take work at temporary positions and get myself out of the bad situation as I felt like trying to fight the system would be fruitless both times.
Now I have an interview tomorrow for a job and have already been let known they want to talk to me about my job history. I've thought about it a lot and still don't know what to say. Though I've had no significant problems with 95% of the people I've worked with, I somehow found myself in pretty bizarre situations at two jobs in the last three years. The work-environment at one of them was so outrageous that most people I've talked to about it don't even believe me... How do I play that off in an interview? Any suggestions?
