I played basketball all winter and unfortunately had no access to a treadmill with an average of 2ft of snow. I have started running again since feb 23 and
around 30mpw. All my runs are around 8 flat pace. My coach reccommends running as many times as possible in the morning up to 4mi. Is this logical with the small amount of running im doing in the first place? Any comments are helpful and much appreciated!
