so in cross county, my pr was a 16:31. In track, my first race was a 10:24. I am hoping to run sub 10. any advice? Is it a possibility? Can I doit?

Well my senior year my XC PR was 17:17, first race in track was 10:25 and eventually broke 10 a meet before conference (9:53 PR). I'd say you can do it!
What made the improvement? What were you doing for training that made such a large improvement?
