Back in the summer I had hip joint/ball pain or whatever. Went to doctor, diagnosed with Snapping Hip Syndrome. Told me to ice, take ibuprofen, and to do the standard IT band, Piriformis, Quad, Flexor, and Hamstring stretches.
Fast forward to now, I have no pain, but my hip still pops when I move it certain ways. Not when I run usually, but when I lift weights and other movements it happens.
I take at least 15-20 minutes after a workout to stretch and do dynamic stretches before. I am very flexible, and also have very strong hip + leg muscles.
So, I want to make sure it doesn't get worse. Any suggestions?
