Pacing evenly I mean, running each one faster than the next.
I'd only run about 50, 49, 48 I think but its early season.

I think I know what you've done here - I was thinking the same, lame workout hey!
47,46,45
You forgot to run the last interval
42.1, 41.9, 40.8, 41.6
oops, went a little too hard on the second to last one.
Off 4mins 2 years a go: 38,39,38,38 - 1.52 that year, pb 1.50
I'm not exactly sure as I'm never done that exact workout fresh but I have two workouts that had a 4x300 built into them.
One day we did a 600TT, 10min, 3x400 with 3-3:30 rest. Times are as follows. 1:23.7, 42.5, 44.7, 43.7, 42.3.
Another day was 600, 400, 600, 400, 300, 300, 300, 300. Here are times.
1:39, 59.3, 1:42, 62.3, 42.3, 42.7, 42.9, 42.9.
The first workout was 5 days after racing a 1:58.3 and the 2nd workout was 5 days after the first workout. All was in the mid-late March. Based on those workouts, what could I have ran that year??
How much rest? Also what happened on the 4th 300? I think I could've done around 47,46,45,44 whenever I was in shape with 1-2min rest. However, now I'd be lucky to run 67,66,65,64 with 5 minutes rest. Not running in 4 years really hurts your fitness.
