This is my first year of dIII and I am coming back from an injury that took me out for 5 weeks right before indoor track.
I run about 50 miles a week and do plyo twice a week. I am increasing my mileage slowly and working with my injury.
My times are:
1600:4:52 (wasn't tired followed coach's pacing)
800:208
400:56
What is a good prediction for my outdoor 1500 time and even 8k time following into XC season.
