Do I have the potential to break 5 in the mile by the end of this outdoor season?
I just ran a 5:22 tonight, and we still have quite a few meets left in the season, and our coach says we are not at our peak yet. Im also quite small (5-6, 105 pounds). Im know I by far not the fastest guy out there but I do put a lot of effort into running (not a hobby jogger).this my goal to reach by the end of the season. Im also quite bad at speed work compared to endurance
